Town Pump is seeking a motivated Store Manager Trainee to join our growing team in Billings, Montana. You will train with the store manager to learn supervisory decisions, customer service, and overall store operations.

You will manage daily bookwork, ordering and inventory, merchandising, and basic maintenance while upholding Town Pump standards. The position includes generous benefits and clear opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Learn supervisory decisions consistent with Town Pump standards
• Understand controllable expenses and promotions
• Demonstrate professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in customer service and store operations
• Provide hiring, training, and orientation for new employees
• Maintain security of cash, fuel, inventories, and store assets

Responsibilities

• Train with store manager/co-manager to learn store operations
• Serve as acting store manager during manager's absence
• Complete daily bookwork recording employee, inventory, and sales data
• Order supplies, merchandise, inventory, pricing, receiving, stocking, and merchandising
• Maintain store cleanliness and perform light repairs and maintenance
• Maintain driver license and driving record; perform other duties as assigned by management
