Town Pump Company seeks a motivated Store Manager to lead daily store operations at our Montana locations. The role emphasizes customer service, staff supervision, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.

You will drive sales, manage expenses, and ensure safe, clean, and well-stocked facilities. The position requires strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork and excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to hire, train, and orient new staff.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at your location and handle inquiries and complaints.
• Make supervisory decisions aligned with Town Pump standards and manage controllable expenses, sales, and promotions.
• Complete daily bookwork recording employee, inventory, and sales data.
• Maintain store security, cash handling, fuel, inventories, and merchandising.
• Oversee hiring, training, and orientation of new employees; discipline when needed.
• Order, stock, price, display, and rotate inventory; handle invoicing and daily sales entry.
• Perform basic store maintenance, deposits, and light cleaning of store/restrooms.
• Set a professional example in attitude, teamwork, and customer service.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license.
