Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience or High School Diploma/GED and 5 years retail management experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to accept assignment into Store Manager position.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens retail assets within the area.
• PTCB Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Under Store Manager guidance, oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Shadow Store Manager to gain supervisory experience over store and team.
• Lead learning journey and ensure SOP compliance across departments.
• Participate in development conversations and performance planning.
