Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required; 3+ years retail management preferred.
• Fluent English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Under Store Manager, oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Shadow Store Manager to learn merchandising, scheduling, and loss prevention.
• Participate in accelerated development plan to qualify for Store Manager role.
• Lead customer service improvements and drive store performance.
