Job summary

Walgreens is seeking candidates for an accelerated Store Manager development track in Bangor, Maine. This program combines front-end and pharmacy operations with leadership training.

You will follow a rigorous development plan, rotate through stores, and work under the Store Manager and District Manager guidance to build readiness for a Store Manager position. Participants gain SOP knowledge, compliance, and proficiency in Walgreens' computer and store systems while pursuing required licensure

Qualifications

• 3 years retail management experience or equivalent
• Fluent reading/writing/speaking English (except Puerto Rico)
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule and weekends

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead full store operations across front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager to oversee front-end and pharmacy operations.
• Participate in learning plans and rotations to readiness for Store Manager role.
