Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years retail management experience (or 5 years with HS Diploma/GED)
• Fluent reading, writing, and speaking English required
• flexibility to work extended days, evenings, and weekend hours

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of the Walgreens store (front-end and pharmacy) under the Store Manager’s direction
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in opening/closing shifts, task delegation, and merchandising tasks
• Participate in development plans, training rotations, and compliance with SOPs across store operations and pharmacy
• Analyze store performance data and assist in improving sales, cost control, and asset protection
