Qualifications

• Minimum of 6+ months store management experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends.
• Computer literate and able to operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead store employees and promote a positive environment.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure asset protection and inventory control.
• Open and close the store, including cash handling and POS procedures.
• Recruit and train top talent; develop staff and maintain customer relations.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and store presentation.
