Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to oversee daily store operations and develop team members toward Store Manager roles. The role offers commission potential and a base hourly wage with performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be willing and able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be willing to work flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise others.
• Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and customer service.
• Open/close store, handle cash and merchandising tasks.
• Manage staff, training, and development for store team.
• Monitor asset protection and inventory controls.
