Job summary

FirstCash in Memphis is seeking a Store Manager Trainee with 6+ months of management exposure to join our team and fast-track into a Store Manager role. The position offers an hourly wage between $17.50 and $27.41, plus commission and bonuses based on store performance.

You will lead daily operations, recruit and develop staff, monitor cash handling, asset protection, and customer relations while working a flexible retail schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 6+ months in a retail or sales leadership role.
• Willing to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to supervise staff and drive store profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and customer relations.
• Recruit and develop store staff; train team members.
• Open/close store; manage cash and security procedures.
• Monitor inventory, merchandising, and POS transactions.
