Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Nashville to lead daily store operations and build a high-performing team. The role offers an hourly wage and potential commission based on productivity, with room to grow into Store Manager responsibilities.

The position includes Earned Wage Access and a competitive benefits package, with stores typically open 9AM–6PM and occasional Sunday closings. A minimum of 6 months in store management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year supervisory/leadership role preferred.
• Willingness to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities
