Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of retail management experience or a high school diploma/GED with 5+ years of retail management experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to transfer to other Walgreens assets within the same hiring area.

Responsabilidades

• Shadow Store Manager to learn full store operations (front-end and pharmacy) and lead teams in learning journey.
• Support Store Manager in supervising store operations and driving customer service excellence.
• Complete accelerated development track with required certifications for Store Manager role.
• Follow SOPs and utilize Walgreens systems for operations, while participating in rotations across stores.
