Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead store operations under the Store Manager for front-end and pharmacy.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in learning journeys and SOPs.
• Develop and coach team to improve customer experience and drive store performance.
• Analyze store performance metrics and support asset protection and inventory processes.
• Ensure compliance with laws and store policies across all activities.
