FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee with 6+ months store management experience to lead day-to-day operations and develop staff. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, supervise cash handling, and promote a customer-centric culture across jewelry, tools, electronics, and other merchandise.

This role offers hourly pay plus performance-based commission and store-wide bonuses. Hours exceed 45 per week in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of Store Management experience for Trainee
• Willing to work 45+ hours per week

Responsibilities

• Facilitate a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly
• Train and develop store staff
• Recruit top talent and manage cash drawers and asset protection
• Open/close the store and safeguard assets
• Analyze store financials to drive profitability
• Ensure adherence to FirstCash standards
• Monitor loan/buying processes for value and integrity
• Communicate store mission and goals clearly
