Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Store management experience (6+ months) preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Cash handling experience desirable.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead a customer-centric environment and address issues promptly.
• Train Pawnbrokers to FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent through company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash and inventory securely.
• Protect assets through inventory and safety procedures.
• Manage store processes: inventory, loans, merchandising, reporting.
• Review financial statements and drive profitability.
• Meet or exceed FirstCash operating standards.
• Oversee loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete tasks and training for self-development.
• Communicate clearly to align with mission and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
