Job summary

FirstCash, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager Trainee with at least six months of Store Management experience to join our retail team.

You will partner with the Store Manager to lead staff, drive sales, and maintain excellent customer relations while promoting a positive store environment. You will analyze store financial statements, support asset protection, recruit and retain top talent, and manage daily operations across diverse merchandise.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year retail management experience.
• Ability to supervise others and lead a team.
• Cash handling experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations in partnership with Store Manager.
• Promote a positive, productive environment and develop store staff.
• Recruit and retain top talent and manage customer relations and satisfaction.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure asset protection and adherence to company standards.
• Open/close the store, manage cash drawers, and safeguard assets.
• Communicate store goals and product knowledge to the team.
