Job summary

FirstCash is seeking a Store Manager Trainee with a minimum of six months of store management experience to join our team. You will partner with the Store Manager to lead daily operations, recruit and develop staff, and drive profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

The role offers an hourly wage with commission and a performance bonus, plus benefits such as Earned Wage Access, 401K, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 months of Store Manager or equivalent experience preferred.
• Must be willing to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Open and close the store, manage cash, and ensure accurate transactions.
• Monitor asset protection and inventory procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Recruit and retain top talent; partner with Store Manager on performance goals.
• Analyze store financial statements and drive profitability.
