Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Retail Store Management Trainee in the United States to support day-to-day store operations and staff development. You will work with the Store Manager to lead a team, drive customer satisfaction, and meet financial goals in a fast-paced environment.

The role pays hourly wages with additional commission based on productivity and a store-performance bonus. Successful candidates will have at least 6 months of store-management exposure and a willingness to work

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• Store Manager Trainee requires 6+ months of store management experience.
• Must work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work with firearms or obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-centric store environment and address customer issues promptly.
• Assist in training Pawnbrokers to meet FirstCash standards.
• Recruit top talent via company channels.
• Open/close store, count cash and merchandise, protect assets.
• Maintain asset protection through inventory controls.
• Oversee inventory, loans, merchandising, and store reporting.
• Analyze financial statements and drive profitability.
• Ensure operations meet FirstCash standards.
• Monitor loan qualification and buying processes.
• Complete assigned tasks and training for self-development.
• Communicate clearly with staff about mission and goals.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge.
• Act as manager on duty in absence of Store Manager.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
