As a trainee, you will partner with the Store Manager to supervise day-to-day operations, train staff, optimize financial performance, and ensure excellent customer relations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail management experience.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must have ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations under the Store Manager.
• Assist in recruiting and developing staff.
• Open and close the store, count cash drawers, and protect assets.
