MFA Petroleum Company is seeking a Big O Store Manager to oversee a Big O Tire Store in Missouri, including profit management, staffing, inventory, safety, and customer service excellence.

You will lead a team, train staff, control costs, and implement company programs to meet sales goals while upholding service standards and brand guidelines across daily operations. You will also build relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure consistent quality and service.

Qualifications

• Retail or automotive leadership experience
• Ability to obtain state vehicle inspection license within one year
• Strong organizational and planning skills

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of store operations including sales, office, shop, and management; maintain ability to perform all functions as needed
• Open and close location on schedule
• Promote sales by explaining benefits of services and products
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; enforce policies and safety
