Job summary

The Salvation Army Fresno is seeking a Store Manager to lead the Blackstone Store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will manage day-to-day tasks, staffing, training, and community relations to support the ARC program and mission.

Requirements include a High School diploma or GED, at least 2 years of Retail Management experience, POS/cash handling skills, a valid Driver’s License, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Retail Management/Supervisory experience.
• Ability to handle POS/Cash Register operations and cash transactions.
• Able to communicate effectively with management, staff, customers, and donors.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct day-to-day store operations.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability.
• Schedule store employees and coordinate daily meetings.
• Supervise staff to ensure compliance with directives and policies.
• Hire, train and evaluate store personnel; issue disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure accurate Rag Out processing.
• Ensure cash handling procedures and banking are compliant.
