Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a store leader to drive sales and deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced retail environment in San Diego, CA. You will connect with clients, build repeat business, and maintain expert knowledge of seasonal apparel for confident recommendations.

You will also contribute to merchandising, events and cross-functional collaboration, mentoring part-time staff while supporting store performance during evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business or related field.
• 1–3 years of retail store management experience.
• 2 years in a client services capacity.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable, efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve sales goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat clients to drive individual sales.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit, fabric and intended use.
• Assist with visual merchandising and store events to drive sales and create a positive customer experience.
