Responsibilities

• Manage store P&L by driving revenue and controlling expenses.
• Lead product visuals and merchandising to maximize space.
• Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing team of associates.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and HR-related duties.
• Monitor inventory, shrink, and conduct bi-annual physical inventory.
