Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking a proactive Retail Store Manager to drive sales, manage P&L, and execute merchandising strategies in a fast-paced California store.

You will lead a customer-focused team, optimize inventory, and coordinate events to boost loyalty and revenue. Experience in retail leadership and client services is essential; bachelor's degree preferred. This role requires flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail store management.
• Minimum 4 years' experience in client services related capacity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and KPIs.
• Manage store P&L by driving top line revenue and controlling expenses.
• Implement product and visual merchandising directives to maximize space and sales.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to District Manager/buying team.
• Analyze customer profiles, buying trends, and competitive information to influence business decisions.
• Create and manage in-store events, marketing initiatives and CRM activity to foster repeat business.
• Support new store openings, remodels, pop-ups, and events as needed.
• Communicate staffing, merchandising and operational needs to HQ team.
• Oversee inventory control and shrink goals; conduct bi-annual physical inventory.
• Manage and monitor inventory receipt, transfers and returns.
• Provide direction, feedback and coaching to foster collaboration and productivity.
• Recruit, train and retain an exceptional client-experience team.
• Coach staff to meet client service standards and policies.
• Manage store HR functions including scheduling and timecard approval.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization, front of house and stock areas.
