Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced team, drive customer satisfaction, and mentor future leaders. This role oversees daily operations, staff development, and revenue performance during GM absences.

The position offers a base salary of $47,500–$55,000 with bonus potential, and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding company. Candidates should be self-starters with a passion for service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; combination of experience and/or education considered.
• 1–3 years of key holder or assistant management experience in retail, hospitality, or similar fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising teams of 8–12 employees including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Lead team culture and coach staff to deliver a 5-star customer experience.
• Oversee daily operations and schedule management in GM's absence.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and service standards across shifts.
