Job summary

WhiteWater Express Car Wash is seeking a Store Manager (Assistant Manager) to lead a fast-paced team and uphold safety, service, and cleanliness standards. You will coach staff, manage shifts in GM's absence, and drive revenue through memberships and promotions.

The role reports to the General Manager and offers a base salary between $40,000 and $44,000 with bonus potential up to $12,500. Excellent benefits and growth opportunities accompany this position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or considered with experience.
• 1-3 years in assistant management or key holder role in fast-paced environments.
• Experience supervising 8-12 employees and payroll tasks considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing when GM is absent.
• Drive revenue through coaching and optimizing customer interactions.
