Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a recruiter to source and interview external candidates for Store Manager roles, coordinating staffing for hourly teams and supporting field HR during onboarding and training. You will build talent communities, monitor staffing and turnover, and conduct events to meet hiring goals.

Strong networking and KPI delivery are essential. You will work with District Managers and Regional Directors to ensure successful store leadership appointments and sustained retention

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, recruiting and interviewing external candidates for Store Manager positions.
• Coordinating recruiting and staffing initiatives for hourly associates.
• Support field management and HR during hiring, onboarding, training and store assignments.
• Use systems to create talent communities and engage candidates.
• Monitor and report weekly staffing, turnover and succession needs.
• Perform market visits and organize hiring events and staffing meetings.
• Drive Store Manager retention through training and internal programs.
