Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, inventory controls, paperwork, and daily cash handling, while ensuring compliance with all policies.

Qualifications

• Reading and interpreting diagrams, safety rules, and procedures manuals.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and percentages.
• Knowledge of cash handling, deposits, and cashier accountability.
• Familiarity with IBM cash register functions and report generation.
• Understanding of inventory management and merchandising practices.
• Knowledge of cash, safety, and store key control policies.
• Experience with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Effective organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Some locations may prefer bilingual Spanish speakers.

Responsabilités

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities as needed.
• Contribute to store merchandising and stock presentation per guidelines.
• Support inventory management, damages, markdowns, and paperwork.
• Follow ordering practices to meet in-stock targets.
• Provide customer service leadership and store operations support.
• Model company procedures and safety policies.
• Participate in opening and closing store activities.
• Help ensure accurate cash handling and security procedures.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked, safe store environments.
• Assist in operating the store in the store manager's absence.
