Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment preferred for external candidates.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures and deposit controls.
• Ability to learn and operate IBM cash register functions.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting and staffing activities.
• Assist with store merchandising and stocking according to guidelines.
• Assist in all aspects of inventory management and proper paperwork.
• Support store opening/closing activities and cash controls.
• Provide customer service leadership and staff development.
• Review operating statements for trends and opportunities.
