Casper is seeking an Associate Store Manager for The Shops at Chestnut Hill in Chestnut Hill, MA. You will oversee staff and daily store operations alongside the Store Manager to deliver exceptional service and sales performance.

You thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, coach and develop a high-performing team, and drive growth while maintaining Casper’s brand standards and customer experience across the omnichannel journey.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of people leadership in retail or hospitality.
• Strong ability to coach, develop and motivate teams.
• Financial management experience: payroll budgets & cost control.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff and day-to-day operations alongside Store Manager.
• Benchmark offline experience with a customer-centric sales culture.
• Recruit, retain and develop a high performing team.
• Lead by example with coaching and development.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards and store operations.
• Meet or exceed sales plans and increase market penetration.
