Job summary

TravisMathew is seeking an in-store Supervisor to lead sales and service, driving KPI achievement and fostering a strong sales culture across the store.

You will connect with clients, build repeat business, and stay current on seasonal apparel knowledge while contributing to visual merchandising and event planning. You will mentor part-time staff and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years retail store management experience.
• 2 years client services experience.

Responsibilities

• Instill an approachable and efficient sales and service focus on the floor to achieve goals.
• Connect with in-store clients and develop repeat client following to drive sales.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of apparel each season, including fit and fabric.
• Assist with product and visual merchandising to drive sales and a positive customer experience.
• Assist with store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business.
• Be entrepreneurial in all aspects of retail from merchandising to marketing.
• Provide mentorship to part-time and seasonal client associates.
