At Midas, we are dedicated to providing quality service to customer vehicles in the areas of inspection, diagnosis and repair, utilizing the expertise attained through ASE Certifications and/or years of automotive repair experience.

We are looking for Automotive Service Managers to assist in managing and directing all service department activities, with the primary focus of selling tires, automotive repair, and maintenance services. The Co-Manager position is a developmental leadership role. Midas is committed to training our associates and promoting from within the organization.

Responsibilities

As a Midas Automotive Service Manager, you will manage and direct all automotive and general service technicians in the operation of the shop, including:

  • Ensuring a safe, secure, and trustworthy work environment.
  • Developing personal growth opportunities.
  • Establishing strategic goals by gathering information from reporting documents.
  • Defining objectives, evaluating trends and options, choosing a course of action, and evaluating outcomes.
  • Leading by example, managing, and training team while aligning with our company's vision, purpose, core values, and employee creed.
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service, listening, and consulting with customers.
  • Overseeing vehicle inspections and making comprehensive recommendations by building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
  • Discussing pricing estimates with customers and promoting shop service specials and financing options.
  • Monitoring the quality of all vehicles being signed out.
  • Supervising up to 10 employees successfully.
  • Monitoring inventory levels and managing product ordering and receipt.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized job site.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
