Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Five years’ work experience in Retail Management.
• Five years’ customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a retail operations plan to meet daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly goals.
• Monitors product levels and ensures budgeted sales targets are met.
• Manages payroll and operating costs within budget.
• Ensures customer service excellence for donors and customers.
