Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolves guest issues effectively.
• Provides leadership and training to associates in all areas of responsibility with emphasis on guest service and sales.
• Assists in inventory, shipping and receiving, and annual inventory processes.
• Monitors guest service levels and notifies supervisor of issues as needed.
• Coordinates regular associate training and seasonal training.
• Conducts store meetings and participates in special events and promotions.
• Ensures store schedules meet operational and budgetary guidelines.
