You will recruit, train, and schedule staff, manage front-end cash handling, merchandising, loss prevention, and customer service, while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Experience or education in Business and Marketing.
• Two years of management/supervisory experience.
• Supervise shipping/receiving, stock, merchandising, cashiering and customer service.
• Availability for day, evening and weekend shifts.
• Willing to travel or relocate.
• Prepared for standing, lifting over 40 pounds and outdoor exposure.
• Exposure to inclement weather.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations, financial performance, personnel management and loss prevention.
• Manage a Goodwill retail store within agency policy.
• Recruit, train and supervise retail team members.
• Delegate tasks and schedule staff for optimal service.
• Plan displays and ensure store security and expense control.
• Attend marketing and sales meetings and maintain records.
