Habitat for Humanity Peninsula & Greater Williamsburg is seeking a ReStore Manager to lead daily retail operations, manage staff and volunteers, and drive revenue while upholding the organization’s mission and policies. You will supervise store activities, ensure safety and high-quality customer service, and coordinate with volunteers and donors to maximize donations and store effectiveness.

• 3–5 years of retail management experience; prefer 5+ years.
• Experience in nonprofit retail, thrift or donation-based operations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily ReStore operations including opening/closing, sales floor management, donation intake, pricing and merchandising.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization and safety standards are maintained at all times.
• Monitor store performance metrics such as daily sales, A$T, and inventory turnover.
• Implement promotions, sales strategies and merchandising to increase revenue.
• Ensure proper processing, display and rotation of donated inventory.
