Job summary

Habitat for Humanity of the Charlotte Region is seeking a ReStore Manager to lead daily operations, drive financial success, and develop a dedicated team. You will manage staff, budgets, inventory, and safety while delivering exceptional service to customers, donors, and volunteers.

You will play a key role in growth planning, maintain compliance, and collaborate across departments to represent Habitat professionally in the community.

Qualifications

• Proficient with MS Office programs; ability to run reports and analyze data.
• Experience tracking budgets and expenses; strong numerical acumen.
• POS system experience and basic math skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and financial success of the ReStore.
• Manage store P&L, inventory, and expenses; monitor variances and take corrective actions.
• Develop plans for store growth and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.
• Supervise ReStore staff; conduct interviews, hiring, coaching, training and development.
• Maintain a high level of customer, donor, and volunteer satisfaction and engagement.
• Collaborate with other departments and represent Habitat professionally.
• Ensure end-of-day reporting and adherence to schedule.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper appearance of the store.
