Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume stores.
• Proven ability to drive sales, operations, and team development.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees with coaching.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's financial performance, including sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and execution.
• Drive KPIs: sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll productivity, inventory accuracy.
• Lead product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotional campaigns.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and coach team members to do the same.
• Oversee scheduling, cash handling, inventory control, and stockroom organization.
