POP MART Americas Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Store Manager in Des Moines, IA. You will lead a team, coach staff, and partner with the Store Manager to drive sales while ensuring an outstanding POP MART brand experience on the floor.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and store performance, while developing a customer-first culture. The role reports to the Store Manager and offers growth within POP MART's North America network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations and KPIs.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys or pop culture is valued.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team with Store Manager oversight.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.
• Achieve sales goals and monitor KPIs like conversion, ATV, and payroll productivity.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and cash management.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and execute merchandising plans.
• Support store events, new openings, and local community engagement.
