Job summary

POP MART is seeking a qualified Retail Store Manager for our Des Moines, IA location. You will lead all aspects of the store, drive customer experience, and develop a high-performing team to deliver outstanding results.

You will own sales performance, visual merchandising, and operational excellence while upholding POP MART’s premium brand standards. The role requires a hands-on leader capable of coaching a diverse team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in high-volume stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and performance metrics.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Business/Retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing store team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve store KPIs.
• Own store financials: sales, payroll, expenses, profitability, and operations.
• Drive exceptional customer experience and brand ambassadors for POP MART.
• Oversee daily store operations, scheduling, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Execute visual merchandising and marketing initiatives across seasonal campaigns.
• Support in-store events and community engagement, and collaborate with Robo Shop teams.
• Travel up to 10% to support store openings and training.
