POP MART in Des Moines, IA is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Jordan Creek Town to lead daily operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will own business performance, mentor a high-performing team, and drive sales through strong leadership and merchandising excellence.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, inventory control, and executing product launches and promotions while representing POP MART's brand with passion and integrity.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience leading high-volume, customer-focused stores.
• Experience leading teams of 10+ employees.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs and using metrics to drive performance.
• Experience executing visual merchandising standards and marketing initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, coach, and retain a high-performing leadership team and store associates.
• Own store financials including sales, payroll, expenses, and profitability.
• Drive KPIs such as conversion, UPT, ATV, payroll efficiency, inventory accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead product launches, limited-edition releases, and promotions.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and brand ambassador.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, cash handling, inventory, shipments, replenishment, and stockroom.
• Execute visual merchandising and seasonal floor sets.
• Support in-store events and community engagement.
