Psycho Bunny is seeking a Store Manager for the Fort Worth pop-up, a 12-month on-site contract reporting to the District Store Manager. You will lead a retail team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-growing, premium fashion brand environment.

You will manage operations, visuals, and store P&L while maintaining Psycho Bunny's service standards. The role requires leadership, flexibility, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Drive sales, KPIs, and profitability through short- and long-term planning and expense control.
• Ensure visual directives are executed and store P&L is managed in line with goals and budget.
• Support omnichannel programs and product education in-store.
