Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Camarillo Premium Outlets (on-site) to drive sales, guest experience, and store operations. You will report to the Store Manager and help lead a team in delivering exceptional customer service and executing brand standards.

With 3+ years in retail management, you will support recruitment, training and performance management while promoting Psycho Bunny's bold, premium brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar retail management role.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing day-to-day operations to meet KPIs and profit goals.
• Support recruitment, training, development and succession of team members.
• Coach and communicate to reflect brand values and culture.
• Assist in implementing programs, policies, and seasonal initiatives.
• Develop action plans with the Store Manager to meet objectives and timelines.
• Ensure staff are trained in retail standards across business, operations and sales/service.
• Support guest experience and omnichannel programs (buy online pickup in store, phone sales, ship from store).
• Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and performance management activities.
• Engage in career discussions to support growth within Psycho Bunny.
