Psycho Bunny is hiring a Store Manager for our Westfield Century City location (on-site) to lead the store team and drive sales, service, and profitability.

You will manage daily operations, develop staff, coach for a best-in-class guest experience, and ensure visuals align with Psycho Bunny standards while hitting KPIs and budget targets. This role requires flexibility and a passion for bold retail, with opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of retail store management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and meet sales/KPI targets.
• Foster collaborative relationships within the team to optimize store operations and guest service.
• Ensure visual standards and store presentation meet Psycho Bunny guidelines and brand image.
• Oversee store planning, budget management, and P&L to achieve profitability goals.
