Job summary

Psycho Bunny is seeking a Store Manager for the Fort Worth pop-up, a 12-month on-site contract reporting to the District Store Manager. You will lead a retail team, drive sales, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-growing, premium fashion brand environment.

You will manage operations, visuals, and store P&L while maintaining Psycho Bunny's service standards. The role requires leadership, flexibility, and a passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Qualifications

• 5 years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer‑focused selling culture.

Store Manager (12-month contract) - Tanger Outlets Fort Worth Pop-Up (on-site)

The Opportunity

Reporting to the District Store Manager, the Store Manager strategically manages and promotes a sales culture within a retail environment to achieve or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability goals through short‑ and long‑term planning and expense control. They guarantee consistently high customer experience within the store per Psycho Bunny’s core values and service standards.

This is a 12‑month contract for our Fort Worth pop‑up store.

Daily Adventures

• Leadership and People Management: Create and foster a respectful and inclusive team environment and culture by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for team members and guests.
• Working With Others: Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members, focusing on personal and professional development to ensure an optimal guest experience.
• Guest Experience: Build a delighted and loyal customer base through clienteling, analyzing profiles, buying trends, and competitive information while supporting team members to provide technical product education and support in‑store transactions and omnichannel programs.
• Operations: Execute and maintain all visual directives, guarantee visual presentation meets or exceeds Psycho Bunny’s standards, carry out high‑level quarterly and annual planning, and manage the store P&L in accordance with sales goals and budget.
