Psycho Bunny is seeking a District Manager for the Southwest Outlet (Hybrid) to lead store operations across a regional portfolio. You will coach store managers, optimize performance, and drive sales while maintaining brand standards.

You must have a strong track record in multi-store retail leadership, with a focus on inclusion, development, and operational excellence. This role offers a hybrid schedule in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and a path for growth within a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in retail management.
• 7+ years of experience in multi-store or district management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing district team of store managers.
• Drive sales, operational efficiency, and P&L across multiple stores.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and career development for staff.
• Partner with HR on employee relations and compliance.
