Psycho Bunny in King of Prussia, on-site, seeks a Store Manager to lead a bold, premium retail experience. Drive sales, KPIs and profitability while upholding Psycho Bunny’s standards and service quality.

Reporting to the District Store Manager, you’ll supervise staff, optimize guest experiences, manage visual standards, scheduling, and store P&L, ensuring alignment with brand goals and budget priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail store management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a respectful, inclusive store team aligned to store vision and key metrics.
• Foster productive relationships among team members to ensure optimal guest experience and smooth operations.
• Analyze guest profiles and sales trends to drive clienteling and omnichannel programs.
• Oversee store execution of visual directives, planning, budgeting, and P&L management.
