Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for leadership and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Recruits, selects, and retains qualified employees per federal and state laws and company policies.
• Provides training and conducts performance evaluations; counsels or terminates as needed.
• Monitors staff performance and staffing levels; ensures proper store coverage.
• Directs store operations including opening/closing and cash handling with accuracy.
• Reviews sales, profit, and shrink to identify trends and opportunities.
• Oversees inventory planning, replenishment, and cycle counts to meet stock targets.
