Qualifications

• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address performance or disciplinary issues.
• Make recommendations on pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance, safety, and policy expectations; lead meetings.
• Open and close the store reliably each day; ensure security and cash controls.
