Qualifications

• HS diploma strongly preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience preferred.
• Familiar with federal and state labor laws and company policies.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to laws and policies.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations and counsel or terminate as needed.
• Recommend pay rates and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance expectations and conduct safety briefings.
• Open and close the store, ensuring proper staffing and procedures.
