Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees and ensure proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps with coaching or termination as needed.
• Recommend pay rate and advancement paths for staff.
• Communicate expectations for performance, conduct and safety; lead meetings and events.
• Open/close store multiple times weekly with consistent staffing.
• Analyze operating statements for trends, profitability and shrink.
• Review ordering plans and manage inventory; monitor BSR/cycle counts.
• Stage and stock merchandise following company processes.
• Maintain proper presentation, pricing and signage; ensure clean store.
• Maintain inventory accuracy; manage damages and deposits.
• Ensure cashier accountability, cash controls and security practices.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and safe environment.
• Ensure necessary tools and paperwork/compliance are in place.
